Your travel balance and payment record update.

Fare reviewed
Price and availability are checked again before ticketing.

Ticket issued
Only then is the airline booking confirmed and your e-ticket issued.
Payment-ledger controls
Travel funds are credited only after the relevant payment is confirmed or reconciled.
Supplier revalidation
Tracked supplier fares are revalidated before Grouper Lock or airline-order action.
Server-controlled travel funds
Customer-side pages cannot directly credit, reserve or spend travel funds.
Verified Grouper reviews.
Published reviews are submitted by customers whose Grouper relationship is verified from internal payment, supplier-order or completed-journey records. Publication is moderated for privacy, relevance and abuse; Grouper does not create or seed testimonials.
