Travel payment planning
Plan the trip now. Build your travel balance over time.
Grouper helps you plan future travel, see the payment schedule and build the balance progressively. Your payment record stays separate from the airline-booking stage, so an estimate is never presented as a confirmed seat.
Your travel balance
The dashboard is the source of truth for confirmed payments. Pending, failed or unreconciled transactions do not increase the usable travel balance.
Confirmed payments only
Your travel balance increases only after a payment has been confirmed or reconciled.
A visible balance
Your account shows confirmed travel funds, amounts reserved for a real airline action and funds already spent on travel.
Payment flexibility
Eligible plans can support early payments, catch-up payments and limited payment-date changes without presenting the arrangement as consumer credit.
Ticketing stays separate
Building the travel balance does not itself create an airline reservation. Ticketing happens later after fare revalidation.
How a travel payment plan works
Four clear stages from planning to ticketing.
The point is visibility: what the trip is targeting, how much has been confirmed, what is still due and when the airline booking actually becomes real.
Choose the trip
Select the route, travellers and timing you want to plan for.
See the planning target
Grouper shows the travel target and payment schedule before you commit.
Build the balance over time
Confirmed payments are recorded against your travel plan so you can see what has been paid and what remains.
Review the fare before ticketing
Supplier pricing and availability are revalidated before an airline booking is completed.

What travellers usually want to know.
These answers explain the planning model. Your specific plan, airline fare and ticketing status remain visible separately.
Is my flight booked when I start making payments?
No. A travel plan and payment balance are separate from an airline booking. The flight is confirmed only after ticketing is completed and an e-ticket is issued.
Is Grouper a loan or buy-now-pay-later product?
Grouper is designed as travel payment planning rather than a credit product. You build a travel balance progressively for a future trip.
Can I pay earlier than the schedule?
Eligible plans can support early or catch-up payments. Your dashboard remains the source of truth for confirmed amounts and due dates.
What happens if the airfare changes?
The fare is revalidated before ticketing. If the supplier price changes materially, Grouper shows the updated position before the airline-order step.
